Our Store Policy

Dr Michael beauty is authorized to distribute skin care products by Dr Michael Beauty LLC. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We want to make your shopping experience easy and relaxing. You can always reach us by email at sales@drmichaelbeauty.com. All emails are usually answered within 24-72 hours

Payment Method

Payments can be paid through PayPal or you may use your credit or debit card. (You do not have to establish a PayPal account to use it for payments)

Returns

You can exchange an item in new or unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus shipping and handling. Dr Michael Beauty will not be responsible for returned item being damaged in the mail.  Please contact us before returning any item.

Only items purchased from drmichaelbeauty.com will be returned to us. We are not affiliated to any other online store or beauty supply store that sells Dr. Michael Beauty products. Any item purchased in any other place has to be returned to that location because they all have their own privacy policies.

 Taxes       

We collect 8% tax to all orders shipped to an address in the State of Texas. Shipping to addresses outside Texas is tax free.

Shipping in the USA

During the holiday season, please allow additional time for shipping. All orders must be placed by December 10th to arrive in time for Christmas.

Dr. Michael Beauty is committed to shipping all orders as quickly as possible. Your order will be shipped from Texas within 72 hours of placement except (weekends and holidays) we use USPS United States Postal Service and UPS United Parcel Service and for our shipping needs. Most items will arrive in 2-6 business days after order is processed depending on where you are located.

UPS does not deliver to P. O. boxes. You must provide a street address. If UPS delivers your package early and you are not there, they will leave a ticket.

Please sign the ticket to alert them where to leave the package. UPS delivers Monday through Friday only.

All shipments are insured and any damage in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.
